Rob Conery has posted in the past about the OSS Incubator idea in co-operation with some MS support in the way of MSDN licenses.

Long story short, Andrew Rimmer and I have been named as the project owners.
I'd like to thank Maximum ASP for their generous donation of a B200 server for the housing of this and other OSS projects :)
Exciting times are ahead. I look forward to working on this project and watching it mature and grow into a viable product.
